Curt Altig is a co-founder of Builders Capital and the originating force behind the vision that ultimately shaped BCX. With a long career in mortgage banking, private lending, and real estate investment, Curt has guided the organization through multiple market cycles with a steady focus on disciplined risk management and practical solutions for builders. His belief that strong operators deserve both independence and meaningful support led to the creation of a structure where specialized companies can grow on their own terms while backed by reliable capital and leadership experience. Curt continues to advise executive teams across the BCX family, offering strategic perspective and helping position each company for long-term success.

Rob Hadley has been involved with Builders Capital since its inception and has played a key role in shaping the organization’s long-term direction and lending philosophy. His background includes leadership across lending, development, and real estate operations, as well as service on Management and Loan Committees that guide credit discipline and strategic decision making within the BCX family.

Rob is also President of Hadley Properties, a third-generation development company known for technical innovation and a diverse portfolio spanning residential, resort, office, hospitality, and industrial projects. His combined experience as a developer, operator, and engineer brings a builder-focused perspective to BCX.
